Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

Plain-language rules for using this site, buying from us, and working with us.

The agreement

These terms cover your use of digitalalchemy.dev, run by DB Creations LLC. By using the site, joining a program, or buying something here, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Education, not guarantees

We teach people to build with AI tools. What you build, earn, or launch depends on your own work. Results shown on this site are real, but they are not a promise of your results.

Digital products

Skill packs, downloads, and tools are licensed to you for your own use and your own projects. You may not resell, re-share, or republish the files themselves. Anything you build with them is yours.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see your card or bank details.

Refunds

  • Digital downloads: because the files are delivered right away, sales are final once downloaded. If a file is broken or missing, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
  • Cohorts and live programs: you can get a full refund up to the first live session. After that, email us and we will work it out case by case.
  • Client work: refunds follow the written proposal or agreement for that project.

Client work

Custom builds, audits, and consulting are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Using the site fairly

Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site. Do not use our forms to send spam. Do not scrape private areas such as /admin, /checkout, or /api. The public pages listed on our agent instructions are open to read and quote.

Our content

Lessons, videos, writing, and artwork on this site belong to DB Creations LLC unless marked otherwise. You may quote and link to it with credit. Do not copy whole lessons or paid material.

Limits

The site and its free tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and running, but we cannot promise they are error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product or service involved.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Questions go to hello@digitalalchemy.dev. See also our Privacy Policy.
