The short version: we collect what you give us, use it to deliver what you asked for, and never sell it.

Who we are

Digital Alchemy is operated by DB Creations LLC, based in Maywood, IL. When this page says "we" or "us," it means DB Creations LLC. Questions about your data go to hello@digitalalchemy.dev.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form, plus basic usage data. Specifically:

  • Newsletter and waitlist sign-ups: your email and, if you give it, your first name.
  • Booking a call: your name, email, time zone, and any notes or answers you add.
  • Free downloads and tools: your email, and a website address if you choose to share one.
  • The 100 Days at 1 challenge: your name, email, goal, progress check-ins, and any files you upload.
  • Purchases: your email and order details. Card and bank details go straight to the payment provider. We never see or store them.
  • Usage data: pages viewed and basic device and browser information, collected by our analytics tool.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you asked for: the newsletter, your download, your booking, your purchase.
  • To send booking confirmations and reminders.
  • To understand which pages help people, so we can improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and stop abuse.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not record your screen or your sessions on this site.

Services that handle your data for us

We use a small set of providers to run the site. Each one only gets what it needs for its job.

  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • Supabase: stores sign-ups, bookings, orders, and challenge progress.
  • Resend and Brevo: send our emails.
  • Stripe and PayPal: process payments.
  • Google Calendar: holds booked calls on our calendar.
  • Telegram: sends us a private alert with your name and email when you book a call.
  • PostHog: measures page views and site usage.

Cookies

Our analytics tool stores a small identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, so it can count repeat visits. Signed-in areas, like the 100 Days workspace, use a cookie to keep you logged in. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The site still works, though you may need to sign in again.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed, a customer, or taking part in a program. Purchase records may be kept longer when tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted when you ask.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it or delete it.

Email hello@digitalalchemy.dev with the request. We reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Big changes also go out in the newsletter. See also our Terms of Service.
